The personal trainer focuses all his attention on you during the entire training and continuously adjusts so that work can be done at the personal level of the customer and the goals are achieved as quickly and healthily as possible.
Objectives are discussed individually with the client and adjusted if necessary and thus form the guideline throughout the entire coaching process.
